Have you ever noticed how your dog can go from lying down to sprinting within a fraction of a second? How do they get up so fast?
Warped Perception took on the challenge of answering this question by using a high-speed camera with 4K resolution and a German Shepherd and Chihuahua as test subjects.
The action is much too fast for the naked eye to tell what’s happening exactly, but the slow-motion video reveals all!
It turns out dogs don’t waste any time or energy moving around the way humans do, rather they just spin in place and pop straight up in an instant.
It’s amazing to see!
