The young mastiff cross is only a few weeks old but was left to fend for itself with another puppy by its heartless keeper.
Sadly, another other pug-type puppy was so poorly when it was found languishing in a Swansea park at the weekend that vets had no choice but to put it sleep to prevent further suffering.
The RSPCA is now investigating the incident.
As the mastiff-cross puppy, now named Henry, undergoes treatment for his skin condition, RSPCA inspector Keith Hogben appealed for witnesses.

RSPCAHenry is now undergoing treatment for his skin condition after being rescued by the RSPCA
He said: “Both of these dogs were found in a poor condition and needed urgent veterinary treatment.
“Sadly, the pug was in such a state the vet made the decision to put her to sleep.
“The eight-week-old had a serious skin condition and there were concerns with her heart.
“Poor Henry has an awful skin condition, but now he is receiving veterinary treatment we hope it will improve.”
